Ingredients

  • 85 g tasty/cheddar cheese
  • 25 g Butter
  • 50 g Philly cheese
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch mustard or cayenne or nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. preheat oven to 205 degrees c

    grate tasty cheese 6 sec speed 8

    Add remaining ingredients and mix together speed 5 for approx 15 sec, till mix comes together like cottage cheese (just not wet) hope that makes sense.

    roll into small balls about the size of 1/2 a walnut and place on a lined baking tray. Flatten slightly with your finger.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes till lightly golden.

    Cool on rack and eat with dips or buttered or by themselves.

    Enjoy.

Tip

You can leave out the philly cheese and make with the equivilant amount of butter.

    easy and tasty. Win win. Will make again. Think I might grate some Gryuere cheese on top next time but some extra taste. I thought it would be better to have them more golden but next time I will get them out when they are only lightly golden. Thanks again.
