Ingredients

1000 g

  • 75 grams nuts, mixed
  • 40 grams carrots
  • 200 grams apples
  • 1 egg
  • 120 grams wheat bran
  • 1 sachet dry yeast
  • 100 grams Milk
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch bicarbonate of soda
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 40 grams Butter, room temperature
  • 125 grams yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill nuts 3 seconds/speed 4. Set aside.

    Place carrots, apples and yoghurt into the bowl and mix  2 seconds/speed 5.

    Add the egg and the bran and mix 10 seconds/speed 5. Transfer in a bowl and set aside.

    Without cleaning the bowl, place into it milk, yeast, flour, salt bicarbonate and sugar. Mix 30 seconds/speed 6. Add the mixture with the bran and set the dial to closed position. Knead 2 minutes/Dough mode"Dough mode" .

    Knead again 1 minute/Closed lid"Closed lid" /Dough mode"Dough mode" , adding the butter in pieces onto the lid, and in the last seconds the milled nuts. Mix with the spatula. 

    Leave the dough in the bowl till it double in size (approx 1 hour). Once doughhas raisen, mix it with the spatula and roll it out onto a greased baking tray (plum cake tray). Leave it in a warm position and let it double in size one second time (approx 30 minutes).

    Preheat the oven at 180º. Bake for 1 hour.
