I have used sweet potato instead of pumpkin or half and half, just to mix it up. Works a treat tmrc_emoticons.)

A hit in my house! Have made several times - have used bacon or mushrooms instead of chorizo too and both were delicious

Family like it but I didnt think the chorizo and pumpkin worked very well. It was a strange flavour. The consistency of the quiche was good and the egg flavour was nice but the other ingredients weren't my taste.

Easy, delicious and forgiving! You could add anything, I had jalapeno and cheese sausages which were yummy then served with salad. Family loved it.
