Quick and easy and you can add different veggies to add nutrition and use up what you have in the fridge. Cauliflour and BokChoy/spinach go in easily. I also always add a good teaspoon of veggie stock to every batch. I also cut up and freeze it for easy school lunches. It is just as nice cold. I have also made it without the tomatoes as I didn't have any and it was still a hit. Also it is better with less flour.

Also only added 140g flour. I made them into mini loaves and mini muffin moulds and baked for around 10-12 mins. Very easy will be a regular in our house. Thanks for the recipe.

We made this for dinner tonight and I didn't know what to expect as it was so easy and all processed together. However it turned out great. Was very yummy and easy to make. We cooked ours 1 hr at 170 deg. This will definitely be one of our new regular dishes. Thanks so much for posting.

Yum! Will be making this again, simple and delicious! Thanks! Reduced SR flour to 140g and added an extra egg and some milk (about 40g). Made a quiche dish and 3 large muffin tins worth. skipped tomatoes and added some hand sliced mushrooms once in the dish. Easily adaptable to whatever you have! Had a yummy texture and tastes like it has pastry. Great recipe!
