Spinach and Ricotta Rolls
- 3 sheets puff pastry, ready-made
- 300 grams ricotta cheese
- 100 grams Tasty cheese
- 60 grams Fresh Baby Spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 level teaspoons salt
- 1/4 level teaspoons ground pepper
- 1/4 level teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 level tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 level tbsp poppy seed

- Pre heat oven to 200c
- Line 2 Trays with Baking Paper
- Cut Tasty Cheese into 3 cm cubes, 10 seconds, speed 9, scrape down sides
- Add Spinach, 1 egg, Ricotta, Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg and combine 20 seconds, speed 3
- Cut the 3 sheets of defrosted Puff Pastry into half lengthways and spread the ricotta filling evenly across the 6 halves of pastry.
- Crack and lightly beat 1 egg into a small bowl and brush the edge, fold the puff pastry over and place seam down.
- Cut each log into 4 even pieces, place on prepared trays and brush with remaining egg, sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds
- Place in oven and cook 20 mins or until golden brown
