- 100g icing sugar

- 2 tablespoons passionfruit pulp

- Method:
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
- Place all the ingredients into the TM bowl and mix for 40 seconds/speed 4 or until light and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin lined with paper patty cases.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes and cool on a wire rack before icing.
- Place the icing ingredients into the TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds/speed 4 or until smooth.

Hi Dianne, thanks for your comment. I just had a quick look at the recipe and realised that I'd left out 100g milk from the list of ingredients. (So smart thinking on your behalf.) I will amend it asap.

Have just made these cupcakes but the ingredients were very dry so ended up adding 1 mc cup of milk to the mixture. They are a lovely size. Will let you know how they taste
