Ingredients
- 150 g Butter
- 200 g light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 300 g plain flour
- 60 g malted milk powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon cornflour
- 220 g chocolate chips

Add butter to jug and melt 3minutes/60degrees/speed3
Add light brown sugar to melted butter and stir 10seconds/speed3
Add eggs and vanilla to jug and stir 10seconds/speed3
Add plain flour, malted milk powder, salt and cornflour to wet ingredients and stir 15 seconds/speed 3
Fold in chocolate chips, remove from jug into a bowl, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours
When ready to bake cookies, preheat over to 175 degrees. place balls of dough at least 2 tablespoons in size (i use an old fashioned ice cream scoop for really large cookies) on a baking tray, leaving a gap of up to 10cm between cookie dough balls. Bake for around 15 minutes, until edges of cookies start to brown. Leave on the tray for ten minutes, before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
