Recipe's preparation

  1. Place flour, oats and baking powder into tmx bowl.
Blitz on speed 9 for 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and blitz for 20 seconds on speed 4. Stop at the 10 second mark to scrape down the sides.
Pour small spoonfulls of the batter into a frying pan on medium heat - I do three at a time. I use a tiny bit of butter to grease my pan.
This made 12 kid size pancakes.
These can be frozen and are a great addition to the lunchbox.

These were great.  Thanks for the recipe, I used coconut oil to grease my frypan which added a lil extra flavour.  Yum

Great recipe. I used coconut sugar in place of brown sugar + almond milk in place of regular milk. They were in fact, better at room temperature on their own as a very filling + delicious afternoon tea, thanks for the recipe .

Made these with 1/2 banana in place of egg for an egg-free version. They were a little dense but delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
