Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These were surprisingly amazing! I love how you use sultanas, not dates & I used hemp seeds instead of pepitas. Will be doubling the batch next time!

GREAT LITTLE NIBBLES WITH OR WITHOUT COFFEE
Have been using this recipe for years and love it, make them for our school canteen, they are cheap, healthy and the kids love them!
These are DELICIOUS! I left out the raisins and used 80g xylitol instead of the honey and used 55g of coconut yoghurt instead of the cream. I will make a double batch next time
Delicious! I used coconut yoghurt instead of cream and 5 drops of peppermint essential oil.
I just used regular cream as its all I had amd still turned out great
DELICIOUS! And very versatile too, I added some mint leaves in at step 2 instead of using peppermint essence, and didn't have the whole 100g of Pepitas so made up the difference with chia seeds and sunflower seeds
Really tasty. My only complaint is that I can't stop eating them!
Hi, Can I ask if there is anything I can use to substitute the coconut cream?
Absolutely delicious!!!!!
Great for a school snack as there's no nuts
My 8 year old daughter just made them and were about to make a triple batch and freeze for school.
