Keto Granola
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g sugar free maple syrup
- 35 g pepitas
- 15 g chia seeds
- 15 g flaxseeds/linseeds
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 35 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g Shredded coconut
- 50 g roughly chopped peanuts
- 15 g multi puffs/puffed brown rice/quinoa/millet

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.
- Place a bowl on top of the lid and weigh in 35gm pepitas, 15gm chia seeds, 15gm flax seeds, 10gm sesame seeds, 35gm sunflower seeds, 25gm shredded coconut, 50gm chopped peanuts, 15gm multi puffs. Set aside in a bowl.
- In thermomix bowl, add 40gm butter and 30gm maple syrup and melt for 2min 30 seconds/70/speed 2.
- Add dry ingredients and mix for 15 seconds/reverse/speed 2.
- Spread in a thin layer over the lined baking tray and toast in the oven till golden brown. You will need to remove the tray every few minutes and give it a stir to evenly toast the ‘granola’. It will burn if not watched so for 10 mins or so…just watch and stir. I think I give it a scruff up maybe 5 times over 10-15 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container for a week or so…if it lasts that long.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
