Scones
- 300 g bakers flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g cream
- 150 g kombucha, flavoured works best as it gives it sweetness

Preheat over to 200 and lightly flour a cooking tray
Place all dry ingredients in bowl and mix 3sec/sp5
Add wet ingredients and mix 6 sec sp6 until combined
Put lid to closed position and knead for 20 sec
Turn out onto lightly floured board and work gently to press 3cm thick. Use a cookie cutter or cup to cut out scones and place on tray touching each other.
Place in oven and cook 15-18mins until cooked.
