- 1 package Marie biscuits
- 125 grams Butter
- 1 Cup desiccated coconut
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 lemons
Lemon Icing
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups icing sugar

Lightly grease a slice tin & line with baking paper (extned baking paper will up the sides of the tin).
Cut the find off the lemon and chom in "Closed lid" 15 seconds / speed 7.
Add biscuits to the "Closed lid" and chop for 30 seconds / speed 7.
Add coconut and mix for 10 seconds / speed 3.
Place dry ingredients in separate mixing bowl.
Juice lemons, place 2 table spoons of juice in small mixing bowl and set aside for icing.
Melt butter in "Closed lid" for 30 seconds / "Gentle stir setting" .
Add butter, condensed milk & lemon juice to biscuit mixture and stir until well combined.
Press into prepared tin and refrigerate.
To make icing, add butter to reserved lemon juice.
Add icing sugar a little at a time until a thick paste is achieved.
Spread over slice and refrigerate for 24 hours before eating
