Ingredients
Granola
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 Nutmeg, whole
- 80 g almonds
- 60 g walnuts
- 60 g Brazil Nuts
- 60 g pistachio nuts
- 60 g cashews, unsalted
- 130 g honey
- 40 g Butter
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g pumpkin seeds
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 80 g dried cranberries
- 80 g dried blueberries
- 60 g Coconut, shredded or desiccated
- 300 g rolled oats

Preheat your oven to 150C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper or Thermomix Oven Mat.
Place cinnamon sticks and nutmeg into clean dry TM bowl. Mill 20 seconds speed 9.
Add brazil nuts and walnuts and turbo 1 second 2 times. Add remaining nuts, butter and honey. Heat for 2 minutes, 50C "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2.
Add remaining ingredients and heat for 2 minutes, 50C "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2. Stir ingredients well with spatula and repeat.
Spread crunchy museli mixture over 2 lined baking trays and bake at 150C for 15 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Increase baking time if you prefer a crunchier muesli
Cool and store in glass jars or airtight containers.

Delicious served with yoghurt and stewed fruit.

This is a great tasting granola - we love it! Thanks for sharing.
I love starting my day with this muesli! It's so delicious, filling and healthy. I prefer not to turbo the nuts as I prefer bigger chunks, so I just use speed 5 for 2-3 seconds, for the harder nuts, checking as I go. I chop the softer nuts with a serrated knife. Yum!
Couldn't be simplier. Crunchy, healthy, delicious and nutritious. Economical, too.
