- 100 grams plain flour
- 50 grams Rice Flour or Corn Flour
- 50 grams caster sugar
- 100 grams hard butter cut into cubes
- 2 passionfruit, pulp only

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celcius.
Put all ingredients except passionfruit into TM bowl & mix 10 secs on speed 6.
Add passionfruit to TM bowl.
Set dial to closed lid "Closed lid" and mix 20 secs on interval "Dough mode" .
The mixture will still appear crumbly.
Tip mixture into a greased 20 cm cake tin or shortbread mould.Press down evenly with the palm of your hand.
Bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30-40 mins, until pale golden in colour and firm to touch.
Mark top into portions while still in tin.
Allow to cool slightly and cut into portions before transferring to cooling rack.
Dredge with caster sugar.
Store in an airtight container when cold.

Tip
You may need to adjust your oven temp accordingly, as shortbresd should be a pale golden colour.

I found this recipe took significantly longer cooking time than the recipe stated, it also didn't taste that great to me, it wasn't very sweet and has a kind of powdery texture. I'm pretty sure I didnt make any mistakes. It's ok.
