Tip

I use a brand of PB by a New Zealand company which is called Fix and Fogg. I make 7 different flavors.
FF PB chocolate or FF PB smooth or FF PB Crunchy or FF PB Coffee and Maple in above recipe.

If I want a more savory taste I omit sugar and add
FF PB Somke and Fire or FF PB Everything Butter

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
