Ingredients

Triple Choc Cookies

  • 125 g Butter, at room temperature.
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 150 g self rasing flour
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g Milk
  • 140 g choc bits, mixture of milk and white.

Recipe's preparation

    Triple Choc Cookies
  1. 1. Add butter and both sugars to the bowl and mix for30seconds/ Speed 4/5, scrape down sides of bowl.

     

    2. Add vanilla and egg to bowl and mix for 6 seconds/Speed 3.

     

    3. Add flours, cocoa and milk and mix 10seconds/Speed 5.

     

    4. Add choc bits and mix for 6 seconds onCounter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 3.

     

    5. Place tablespoon of mixture in ball on trays, you can use a fork to flatten down the mixture.

     

    6. Bake on 170 degrees for 12 min, allow the cookies to cool on tray.

    We used white choc chips as it was all we had and these cookies were really yum! Kids loved them.

    My family loved these, I had no white chocolate bits so added some cacao nibs as well as milk choc bits, I also use cacao powder not cocoa, Beautiful.

    I swapped the plain flour for whole grain rye and the brown sugar for rapadura and they turned out ok tmrc_emoticons.)
