Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I love these. I use coconut sugar which gives them more of a caramel flavour- I also add choc bits on occasions. the kids love them and very easy to make. Thanks for sharing.
Very easy and nice and moist, I did add a good slurp of milk to get batter to right consistency

Thank you. It's my 10 year old daughter's favourite recipe that she helped me convert. I'm glad you liked them.
I'm glad you liked them. The original recipe was from a birthday card my 10 year old daughter received earlier this year and we decided to have a go at converting it for the Thermomix. It's one of our favourites!
I made these gluten free (aldi flour) and they turned out delicious Mine had a lovely crunchy top and when eaten warm were soft and fluffy in the middle. AWESOME. Even when they cooled and had icing on them they were light and fluffy. The only thing I didn't like about this recipe was the ambiguous "add a little milk if the mix is too thick" If people have followed the recipe quantities then I would think everyones mix would be too thick....and ones idea of little amount might be 5g and for others might be 100g. So for those that wish to know I put in 60g of milk which next time I think I will still add more. These were a hit and will definitely be made again. I used white chocolate cream frosting on them though so I can't speak of the icing from this recipe. Thanks for sharing
Made this the morning before heading camping, didn't have plain or greek yoghurt but had small tub of vallina which i used. They were so yummy even without icing. Will make again for sure
Love it.
so fluffy and super delicious
thank you
Really nice. Thank you for your recipe. I like how you've used less sugar than many of the other recipes.
