- 250g sweet biscuits (eg Nice)
- 60g walnuts
- 75g Desiccated Coconut
- 155g Caramilk chocolate (one block, less one row)
- 100g Butter
- 395g Tin condensed Milk
Topping
- 1 block plus 1 row Caramilk chocolate
- 1 tsp Coconut or olive oil

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Break biscuits in half and blitz 5 seconds, speed 7. Transfer to a separate bowl.
- Add walnuts to bowl and Turbo once or twice until you have small pieces.
- Add biscuits back to bowl together with coconut and combine on "Counter-clockwise operation" for 15 seconds, speed 3. Transfer to a separate bowl.
- Add Caramilk chocolate, butter and condensed milk to bowl and heat at 50 degrees for 5 minutes on speed 2.
- Add dry ingredients back to chocolate mix and combine at speed 3, "Counter-clockwise operation" , for 30 seconds.
- Line a lamington tin with greaseproof paper and using wet hands press mix into tin and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Wash and dry bowl.
- Melt chocolate and oil at 50 degrees, speed 2 for about 5 minutes or until melted and combined.
- Pour over refrigerated slice and return to fridge to set.
- When chocolate is just set, score into slices with a sharp knife and then return to fridge to set completely.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
