For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Hi all, My husband doesn't like Parmesan Cheese.... Can I omit or substitute something else ? Thanks inadvance 💃🏻
MAV78: yes i have and preferred it.
Love the original recipe and I always fill the baking dish with veggies usually mushrooms, tomato, green beans, snow peas, zucchini and asparagus but added a half cup of rice underneath tonight and followed this recipe. Very glad I did- it's delicious and easy to make!
Fantastically easy and just as delicious!
Delicious & easy! I used chicken drumsticks 😋
TASTY AND SO EASY!! I used Aborio rice and doubled the recipe but used 600g thickened cream. I also used 9 x thigh pieces rather than fillets and added brocolini and brocoli that I had in the fridge. And rather than mix the paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl and press the pieces, I just sprinked it all over the chicken once it was in the pan. Fed a family of 5 adults with left overs. Huge hit in the house.
Use risotto rice next time
I made this for dinner tonight & it was delicious! I read previous comments before cooking & tweaked it a little - 2tsp chicken stock, 300ml cream, I used chicken breast & risoni under the chicken.
Thanks for sharing 😊
Omg delicious! Omitted the spinach and instead added x1 sweet potatoe cubed
