Vegetable Stock Concentrate
- 4 sticks celery, chopped into thirds - keep leaves on
- 2 carrots, chopped into rough slices - cm thick approx
- 1 onion, peeled halved
- 1 tomato, halved
- 1 l large zucchini, 2 cm slices approx
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bunch parsley, fresh
- few leaves basil,fresh
- few leaves sage, fresh
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 150 grams rock salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

I just for my Thermo yesterday and made this too first off.
I don't have zucchini and tomatoes do you have to have all ingredients?
Would have been helpful if instructions had been posted
This is the first thing I made with my Thermomix. It is an excellent stock & have used itin a few dishes now. My daughter took some to use in her soup she made. Thumbs up here!

I loved this vegie stock. Keeps for ages! I also used some vegie scraps from other meals to reduce wastage, such as carrot peelings.

Hi, is this the recipe in the Basic cookbook...or am I getting confused with the Everyday cooking book ?
Can I just halve all the ingredients in this recipe? It makes too much for two of us and prefer not to freeze it. Thanks Kerry
