I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 200deg
Add flour, yeast, sugar and oil to bowl "Closed lid" and mix on SPEED 3 for 5 seconds
Add water and oil, mix on SPEED 8 for 6 seconds
Lid closed and "Dough mode" knead for 2 mins
Prove for 30 mins in a warm spot wrapped in thermo mat, in warmed thermo server or dough basket.
During this time you can use your thermo to grate your cheese. I use whatever amount I have, anywhere between 120 grams and 175 grams on SPEED 5 for 5 seconds - Roll dough out into roughly a rectangle shape and cover evenly with vegemite to your liking, spreading right to the edges. Cover with grated cheese, again sprinkling right to the edges.
Cut length ways long strips around 5cms wide and then roll each strip individually.
Place evenly spaced onto a tray lined with baking paper and into the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins
Tip
You may choose to roll your whole rectangle at once and then cut your roll into 5cm rolls and place onto tray to bake.

TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
