I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Put the water, yeast and butter in the mixing bowl and mix for 3 minutes /37 ° C / speed 2
- Add all the other ingredients and "Dough mode" for 4 minutes
- Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for approx. 30 minutes until it has reached the lid, then knead "Dough mode" briefly for 2-3 seconds
- Sprinkle the work surface a little thicker with flour. Let the dough slide on and dust a little thicker with flour with the spatula and then cut into four pieces, cut into three parts again, so that there are 12 rolls. Do not knead or squeeze.
- Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with a towel. Let rise in a warm place until the oven is preheated: temperature 200 °C.
- When I bake, I always put a fireproof bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, remove them from the tray and let them cool on a wire rack.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
