- 4 tablespoons white chia seeds
- 320 g water
- 14 g dry yeast
- 1 heaped teaspoon sugar
- 1 heaped teaspoon salt
- 1 heaped tablespoon bread improver, Optional
- 2 heaped tablespoons oil, Any Preference

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add water yeast and sugar in the Thermomix Jug 37 C/2m/S1.
Add oil and flours together with salt,bread improver,Flassed,Quinoa and chia seeds. 6 secd/S6. Then "Dough mode" 2m.
Transfered to a warm oily Bowl and covered with Glad wrap ( also I covered with a warm blanquet). Let it rise for 30 m or untill double the size. After that time push the dough down and knead for a few minutes to get a nice dough .Tranfered in a warm tin where it will cook and covered againg with Glad Wrap and blanquet and let it rise for another 20 m.( Very important to keep it warm).
Ina preheating Oven of 200 C Bake it for 30m.If a crusty Bread is desireble spry the top of the dough.
When is cook a Hollow noice will sound when is nock it.
let it stand covered with a clean tea towel for 10m id soft Bread is required. them put in a rack to cool .

Spelt flour have less gluten content. It can be use just spelt flour for those people wishing to have less gluten in the bread.
also it can be use 2 tbsp of Organic Quinoa and 2 tbsp Organic Flaxseed seed instead 4 tbsp each. ( you can found this products in Coles) .

-added an extra 100g water and 7g yeast and
-added 3 Tablespoons of Gluten.
