- 100 g raw sugar
- 450 g frozen banana
- 500g g Milk, frozen into ice cubes
- 100 g choc chips
- splash of milk or cream, as necessary

Place sugar into mixing bow and mill 10 secs/ speed 10
Add froxen bananas and crush 20 secs/ speed 5
Add frozen milk cubes and crush 1 min/ speed 10. Add milk or cream to help emulsify if needed
Put blades on reverse
"Counter-clockwise operation" and pour choc chps through hole in lid. Stir for 20 seconds
