Super delicious, light & fluffy. I added sultanas and will definitely make them again. So quick to make too. Langley Roofers
Absolutely perfect. So fluffy and cook perfectly on the Anko pancake maker.
I used skim milk and they were still great.
Best pancake recipe by far after 6 years of owning a TM.
tips.. self raising flour doesn't like being over mixed so don't over do the mixing stage, I find 10 seconds more than sufficient.
A good blob of vanilla paste.
1/4 cup measure makes great piklet size, 1/3 cup makes great pancake size.
work quickly, so batter doesn't flatten.
i cook entire batch into Thermo server with paper towels inside to suck up moisture & they're perfect!
Lovely recipe. I halved the sugar and doubled the recipe and it worked well. Thanks!
Quick and easy. But we aren't a big fan of flavour. Added vanilla
"Better than Maccas and cheaper" 👍
