- 100 gram sugar
- 40 gram brandy or rum

Place all ingredients except Brandy/Rum into bowl and cook for 7 minutes at 100degrees, speed 4.
When cooked add Brandy/Rum and stir on speed 4 for 5 seconds.

Amazing! Worked a treat with our boozy Christmas pud!
