This was excellent 👌! I might reduce the butter a bit they were a little greasy but didn't stick so that's good. I used GF self raising flour from Aldi (yes you can brand) and was concerned that the batter was quite a bit runnier than other waffle recipes I've tried, but the texture was phenomenal. I can't get that beautiful golden colour, mine often look anaemic, and these were just beautiful. Will tweak the butter next time, but this will be my go to recipe! Thank you!
Awesome recipe, I'll never buy store bought ever again!
Great recipe, will definitely make again!
Great recipe, thank you for sharing!
Quick, easy, soft and super yummy.
I doubled the sugar and we are them plain, without topping.
thanks for the recipe!
Beautiful waffle mixture! Will certainly be making again
This is the first waffle mix ive ever tried and have only had waffles out at a cafe and these were so light and fluffy. Very easy to make and disappeared when the kids got a whiff.
Awesome and thank you for sharing your recipe
Lovely recipe. I used 200 grams of buttermilk and 200 grams of Honey Greek yoghurt. Delish.
Light and Fluffy! Just double up the sugar and it can be eaten plain!
Made these again today. Used wholemeal flour instead of white as in the past and think they were even yummier! Definitely recommend doubling the mix if you have more than two kids.
