  • 20 g All Bran
  • 40 g Boiling water, (to soak All bran)
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into ~6 peices
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 25 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 100 g milk powder

Recipe's preparation

    Delicious little morsels of sweet apricoty goodness with the bonus of some hidden veg! Using the milk powder adds a beautiful creaminess and as well as providing some protien and calcium for little tummies.
  1. Add ALL ingredients to bowl
    (In order so that the boiling water can soften the All Bran)
  2. Blend"Blend" blend for 30 seconds
  3. Scrape down , then Blend"Blend" for another 30 seconds
  4. With wet hands roll ~1 tsp of mixture into a ball and roll in some extra dessicated coconut

Tip

You could use an alternative breakfast cereal such as weetbix
