Ingredients

Ice Cream

  • 100 grams white chocolate melts, **any form of white chocolate is fine**
  • 150 grams frozen raspberries
  • 600 grams thickened cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean extract
  • 100 grams sweetened condensed milk

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. 1. Add chocolate to TM Closed lid"Closed lid" - speed 10/5 seconds. Set aside

    2. Add raspberries to TM Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop - speed 5/5 seconds. Set aside and rinse bowl

    3.  Insert butterfly. Add cream to TM Closed lid"Closed lid" and whip - speed 3.5/40 seconds (until cream begins to thicken)

    4. Add vanilla extract and continue whipping until a light whipped cream forms - speed 3.5/15 seconds

    5. With speed set to 3, gradually add condensed milk through hole in lid (approx 40 seconds)

    6. Add white chocolate and raspberries to cream mixture and mix - speed 1-2/30 seconds

    7. Pour into appropriate container and allow to set in freezer

Tip

Be mindful that cream closer to its expiry will whip faster.

Change up the flavours! Coffee, fresh mango, macadamia and white chocloate... The possibilities are endless.

This recipe is great for pregnant mum's who cannot eat raw eggs.

    This is the best ice cream I have ever made! So easy to quick and easy to make with a lovely creamy flavour. I added toasted walnuts and served at an afternoon tea. All the ladies loved it. I will make it again and again, possible as a base for other flavours. I like it a little softened. Thanks!
