- 500 g cream
- 100 g Milk
- 4 Eggs, Large, Rohdes Freerange 80g eggs
- 1 jar Willabrand Figlettes in saffron and pear syrup, 330g jar - stems removed from figs
- 150 g toasted macadamias, halved

place cream, milk, eggs and 330g jar of Willabrand Figlettes (www.willabrand.com) into TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds speed 4.
Cook mix for 5 minutes at 80C speed 4
Pour into ice cream container/metal tray and mix in macadamia nuts.
After 3-4 hours when partially frozen, remix for 1 minute/speed 5 "Counter-clockwise operation" for a creamier consistency.
Return to freezer and and chill until ready to serve.
Tip
Use almond milk and coconut cream to make a dairy free version
