Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.) "Bloom" gelatin in a separate cup firstly (NOT in Thermomix) and leave aside for 5 minutes - it will thicken and expand in the water. 65g = 1/3 cup.

2.) Add apple juice, berries, rosewater, sweetener to bowl. Mix for 5 mins, 100oC, speed 4. This will heat the juice mix but won't boil it.

    3) Add in the bloomed gelatin and mix 3 minutes, speed 4. The gelatin should melt into the juice mix. Extend mixing time or increase speed if you can see lumps of gelatin.

    4) once gelatin is completely dissolved, pour mixture into moulds then leave in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

I use silicon moulds in shapes such as hearts, stars, ducks - the kids love them! Silicon ice-cube moulds are good too. I got all of mine on eBay.

Gummies are a great and fun way of getting healthy gelatin into your diet. //wellnessmama.com/7419/gelatin-uses/

    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This recipe was provided to you by a Thermomix ® customer and has not been tested by Vorwerk Thermomix ® or The Mix Australia Pty Ltd and The Mix New Zealand Ltd.
Vorwerk Thermomix ® and The Mix Australia Pty Ltd and The Mix New Zealand Ltd assume no liability, particularly in terms of ingredient quantities used and success of the recipes.

Mine didn't turn out like the picture. They were quite "frothy looking" on top, maybe due to mixing. Otherwise tasted quite yummy. Thank you for posting as I was looking for a thermomix recipe. Smile

We love these healthy gut healing "treats". Once you've made them a few times you might not need as much sweetener. I have added kombucha (for extra gut healing) & I've even added lavender essential oil (food grade Young Living). Delish
