Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredeints to the TM jug and blend until smooth - approximately 30 seconds on speed 6.

For a firmer pudding, refrigerate for an hour or more. This makes a delicious and healthy dessert or a filling breakfast - make the night before for a fast and easy breakfast.

Eat as it is, or serve with fruit and/or yoghurt. Can also be warmed briefly for a warm pudding/breakfast.

This is lovely and so easy!

I used mixed spice instead of cinnamon & garam masala.

    Top with frozen mixed berries.

Serve after soaking with vanilla yogurt, flaked almonds & cacao nibs.

Hi. How long do you cook this for and at what temp? Thanks.

This was delicious but not sure how long to cook it for. I replaced cashews with almonds and cooked at 37 degrees for 5 minutes just to warm through.

I have tried quite a few different chia puddings and this one is my favourite so far!  Thanks for the great recipe  tmrc_emoticons.)
