Their comments say,
"Knafeh is a Middle Eastern dessert and tastes like a baked custard with crunchy topping. It is a sweet cheese or cream dessert which is topped with pistachios and sugar syrup.
This is best served fresh and warm! Mmmmmm…
If you are making this beforehand, it tastes best reheated in the microwave, not oven.
I microwave 1 x ramekin for 2 minutes and it is perfect!"

OMG ive just gone to dessert heaven with this sweet, savoury goodness - I loved this and did as another member stated - with the traditional cheese in the middle. I'm on my 3rd one now and not even thinking of stopping. Thank you for a wonderful, easy, quick, Satisfying dessert.
Very delicious. To make the cheesy version of this, I filled the ramekins up with the custard half way, sprinkled in some mozzarella cheese then topped up the ramekins with more custard mixture (this is how I typically make knafeh). So much easier to make this in the TM. So good, thank you for sharing
Saved this a while ago and made it tonight for dessert when my daughter's boyfriend came over, who is lebanese. He gave it the thumbs up as did my family. This recipe made around 10 ramekins. Thank-you it was delicious and loved by all.
Have been using this recipe for a while now and it turns out perfectly every time. Normally i would be standing at the stove stirring constantly but not anymore. Have even been asking to make 24 of these for an event. Thank you so much.
