Nut Free Choc Date Balls
Tip
Thanks to my sister Ali for this nut free lunchbox treat
If you don't have quite enough of one of the seeds sesame seeds are a good addition.
You can add anything really like chia seeds or goji berries too.

AmyJo:Perfect toddler brekky or lunch! And thanks for the tip, will try with pear next time.
I didn't have quite enough sunflower seeds so made up balance with toasted muesli. 16 month old and 4 year old love them.
Awesome Thermomixing everyone!!

Yum! These are delicious. I didn't have enough sunflower seeds so also used sesame seeds as suggested. Also didn't roll in coconut, left them as is. Loved by the whole family
Super easy, tasty and healthy. Hope the date balls don't come home from school in the lunchbox. If so, more for me.....
I am so sorry thanks for pointing this out, you could roll them in some raw cacoa powder instead!!

Thanks, I'll give these a try, but they aren't nut free if they are rolled in coconut. I'm allergic to nuts and this includes coconut
