Ingredients
Crust Base
- 100 grams walnuts pices
- 180 grams Dates pitted
- pinch salt
- dash vanilla
Filling
- 250 grams apples, peeled, cored and quartered, braeburn or granny smith
- 4 plums halved, red or yellow
- 100 grams dates, pitted
- 30 grams raisins
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, or whole nutmeg (1/4)
- zest and juice of 1/2 lemon

Place all base ingedients in TM bowl.
Speed 5 for 20 - 30 sec till combined and it becomes crumbly. Press half of the mixture into a greased 9” pie plate.
(Save the remaining for the crumble topping.)
Place lemon zest and (whole nutmeg) if using in bowl.
Speed 9 for 10 - 20 sec scrape sides down.
Add 150 g apples and the remaining ingredients to bowl to puree.
Speed 7 for 30 - 40 sec - check that it is smooth, may need to for 10 sec more.
Pour into a separate regular kitchen bowl and set aside.
Add the remaining 100g apples and the plums to TM bowl.
Chop DO NOT PUREE you need texture to add to the puree.
Speed 5 for 10sec or less
Tip into the bowl of pureed apple ingredients and stir through the chopped apples and plums.
Tip into the Crust Base.
Top with the reserved base ingredients - place remaining crumble on top.
Cover and Refrigerate to chill before serving.
Can top with Fig, Ginger and Grawnola before serving.
