- 1 tablespoon black mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 centimetre ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground tumeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 75 grams Tomatoe Paste
- 1 can Chickpeas
- 200 grams coconut cream
- 1/2 bunch silverbeet roughly chopped

1 Place the mustard seeds and oil in the "Closed lid" 5 m/Varoma/S3
till they start popping.
2 Add to the "Closed lid" onion, garlic and ginger and chop Sp 4/10sec then saute 5m/Varoma/S2
3 Add the spices and salt 3m/Varoma/S2"Counter-clockwise operation"
4 Add tomatoes and paste and the chopped silverbeet steams 10m/100/S2 "Counter-clockwise operation" till boiling
5 Add chickpeas 5m/100/S1 "Counter-clockwise operation" and the chopped silverbeet leaves
6 Add the coconut cream 5m/100/S1 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Serve on Cooked Brown Rice.
