Ingredients

Marinade Paste

  • 1/2 onion, Onion

All other ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken tenderloins, chicken tenderloins
  • 170 grams basmati rice, basmati rice
  • broccoli florets, broccoli florets
  • 1/2 red capsicum, red capsicum
  • green beans, green beans

Recipe's preparation

    Paste
  1. Place all Paste ingridients in Tm jug 30seconds speed 9 untill forms a paste. Assist by scraping down the sides if required.

  2. Combine chicken and paste in a bowl and make sure it is all coated. Place chicken in base of the Varoma set aside.

  3. Meal all in one.
  4. Without washing the jug add 900g water. Place rice in steamer basket and add to jug. Place varoma on top and cook for 14 mins, Varoma Temp, speed

  5. Cut capcicum, beans and brocolli and place on the Varoma tray.

  6. Remove rice place in Thermoserver. Add Vegies to varoma and cook for a further 8 mins, Varoma temp speed 4.

  7. Check chicken and vegies are cook through and serve.

    Hi Mike,It's actually called the Thermosaver and it is a small 2 litre capacity serving container that keeps your food hot/cold for up to 2 hours. It is a free gift for those who host a Thermomix demo and is not available for sale. Hope that helps?
