For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. This was delicious with lovely flavours. I used chicken thigh. The whole family enjoyed its so easy to make. I used carrots, cauli and celery as the added extras so it's very versatile. Definitely will be me making this again and again. Defeats the purpose but I actually moved everything to cook it from a wok as a personal preference as I've never been a fan of browning stuff in the thermo. Thanks for a delicious recipe 😋

I used thighs and they shredded so next time I'll try with the butterfly.
