Tip
The vegetables can be mixed up to use what you prefer.
Mushrooms, celery, baby corn, broccoli, cauliflower all work well in this dish.
Thai chilli paste, which can be found in most Asian stores, can be replaced with any chilli paste or sauce you have.
Golden Mountain sauce is a Thai liquid seasoning found in Asian stores. It can be replaced with Maggi or Knorr liquid seasoning found in most supermarkets. Or you can simply replace with soy sauce.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely delicious and so quick and easy.
Absolutely delish, added some snow peas
Will make again for sure
This was delicious with lovely flavours. I used chicken thigh. The whole family enjoyed its so easy to make. I used carrots, cauli and celery as the added extras so it's very versatile. Definitely will be me making this again and again. Defeats the purpose but I actually moved everything to cook it from a wok as a personal preference as I've never been a fan of browning stuff in the thermo. Thanks for a delicious recipe 😋
Great taste! Loved by all the family.
I used thighs and they shredded so next time I'll try with the butterfly.
This was absolutely delicious. I've just come back from Thailand and this tasted totally authentic! Yum. One of my favourite thermo recipes for sure.
Wow Tanya you have done it again.
This is so delicious!
I will definitely be making this one again.
I added some homemade chilli oil, yum!
Delicious, everyone licked their bowls clean. I added extra meat & veg luckily as we it was just enough for 4 people
