I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place garlic in TM bowl and chop 4Sec / Sp7. Scrape down sides and add in the kale, and chop 10Sec / Sp7. Add in the chicken mince and panko crumbs and combine 30Sec / Sp4 then 30Sec / Sp4 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
If you are using Chicken tenderlions (roughly chopped) add them in after the kale and pulse with the TURBO button 6-8 times until well minced. Then add the Panko crumbs and combine as above.
Using damp hands roll into small balls and place into the Varoma using both the tray and the dish. Set aside.
Rinse out TM Bowl only. Place onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop 4Sec / Sp7. Scrape down sides, add in olive oil and sautee 4min / 100 / Sp1. Add to bowl the tomatoes, oregano, stockpaste and water. Place on lid without MC and put Varoma on top.
Cook meatballs for 25min / Varoma / Sp1. Once cooked remove the Varoma and place in the MC. Blitz sauce for 40Sec gradually increasing speed to 9.

Tip
My kids love this dish so I will add some Carrot, zuchinni, extra kale, spinach or mushrooms to the sauce. I add veggies just after sauteing the onions and blitz for 30sec Sp6. This allows me to hide a few extra vegetable in the sauce from master fussy!
We call them "Hulk Balls" as sometimes the kale will make them very green!

TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Nice easy recipe to follow. Everyone loved these although I didn't have Kale so just used some parsley - still excellent. The sauce was very tasty. Went nicely with plain pasta, will definitely be making this again
Thanks for cooking...Kazza
Loved this recipe!!!
I made the recipe as listed and we really enjoyed it. My 7 yr old is pretty fussy with veges and 'green stuff' but he said he loved these...was so not expecting that! Winner!
Great, I added extra vegies the sauce
Great thanks. A solid 4* from the kids and hubby. I used only 1tbsp veg stock paste and I added some zucchini to the sauce.
Yum! The sauce is delicious and the meatballs are so light and easy to make. Winner! Thank You.
Thanks for your feedback. The vegetable stock paste made to TM recipe is salty, so i have ammended this recipe to adjust stock paste to personal taste.
The kids loved these. I found them quite salty so I would reduce the salt next time, but will make them again for sure.
Delicious!!!!! I think with 40 gr of kale, it will be enough. Thanks for sharing!!!
