Ingredients

Chicken Tenderloin Pizza

  • 8 chicken tenderloins
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste, or pizza sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion, cut into 1/2
  • 1/2 red capsicum, cut into 3
  • 100 g ham, or bacon roughly chopped
  • 4 fresh mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tsp Italian herb mix
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese

Recipe's preparation

    Topping
  1. Grate Mozarella and Parmesean cheese 10sec / Speed 9, put aside
  2. Place garlic in bowl and chop 3 secs / Speed 7
  3. Add onion, capsicum, ham, mushroom and herbs. Chop 3-4secs / Speed 5
  4. Cooking
  5. Arrange tenderloins on Varoma ® Tray
  6. Spread tomato past over tenderloins
  7. Top each tenderloin with pizza topping mixture
  8. Fill bowl with 900g of water
  9. Place Varoma ® into position and cook 18 mins / Varoma ® /Speed 2
  10. Meanwhile Pre-heat oven to 180degrees celcius
  11. At the end of cooking time, transfer pizzas to a lined baking tray and sprinkle the reserved cheese over each
  12. Cook in oven for 5-10mins until the cheesae has melted and golden brown
  13. Serve immediately with salad or vegetables
