Super easy and very tasty!
very nice, a few minutes before it finishes cooking, I added cumin and oregano. super delicious..!!!
I made this with kangaroo mince and it tastes delicious! This recipe has now become a staple. I cooked quinoa separately and served with that and am going to try pouring it over zucchini noodles or 'zoodles' when I makde this again tomorrow night!
Yummy!
I added extra curry powder and peas and corn. We have had this with brown rice and in wraps. Delicious.
Thank you!! So easy and liked by the whole fussy family. Bonus that it was fodmap friendly for me. Will make this again!
I freeze it. I don't see any reason for it not to be 'freezer friendly'.
Super easy and very tasty!
