I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place the pickled pork (I use just over a kilo piece -washed and patted dry) into the varoma. Place the water and the stock paste into the jug. Place varoma on top. Place on varomoa for 60 minutes on speed 3.
After the hour add the veg into the varomoa with the pork ( I used small quick cooking veg combo) and place on varoma for a further 20 minutes on speed 3. Make sure you check your liquid level in the TM jug.
Once all cooked set assisde in themosaver.
Keep a little of the water and stock resevered in the bowl. Add onion and parsely and chop on speed 6 for approx 5 sec. Remove and set asside. Rinse bowl.
Place butter and cornflour into TM bowl place on speed 5 for 4 seconds.
Cook 5 minutes on Varoma speed 2.
Add in Milk, mustard, worestershire, salt and your onion and parsely mix.
Cook for 8 minutes of 100deg on speed 3.
Enjoy.
Pork & Veg
Onion & Parsely Sauce
Tip
The sauce is quite thick ( how we like it!) for a thinner sauce use half the cornflour.
Cooking time for pickled pork could vary. I use a guide of approx 30 minutes for every 500grms is ideal.

TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I wasnt a fan of the sauce or the steamed, mixed veg BUT the meat turned out better than I expected.

Thank you from Thermomishes
Very nice have made tonight will definitely make again
I absolutely loved this dish the first time I made it and I'm making it again tonight. The sauce was a little runny so I just added more corn flour. Perhaps I reserved too much liquid?? How much do people recommend?
Thank you so much - happy you enjoyed.
So easy and delicious!! The sauce is amazing, although a little salty! Will definitely be cooking it again!
