- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 400 gram Tinned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 500 grams chicken thigh, Cut into pieces
- 150 grams button mushrooms, (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 15 grams oil
- 100 grams water
- 2 tablespoons cornflour

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place onion and garlic into TM and chop 5 seconds speed 4.
Add Capsicum and chop 3 seconds speed 4.
Add oil and Saute 100 degrees, 3 minutes speed 1.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika,Chicken and water (optional mushrooms).
Cook"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" 25 miuntes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Add Cornflour and sour cream. Mix"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" until mixed through
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with additional sourcream, spaetzle (or pasta sprials/penne) and vegetables

Tried this tonight and it was delicious!! I added a few more vegies into it like baby spinach at the end, capsicum and peas with the mushrooms and served on rice..will do this again
Yummy dish, but I think the cornflour needs to be dissolved in some water before being added, my cornflour clumped together and did thicken the dish up. But will make again!

very nice dish, I added the mushrooms into the sauce at the same time as the chicken. Wasn't sure where else to add them as they are not listed in the method.
