Ingredients
Lamb and Vegetable Korma
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 5 centimetre piece ginger, peeled
- 1 brown onion, peeled and quartered
- 10 Curry Leaves
- 20 grams olive oil
- 2 heaped tablespoons curry powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 heaped tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon garam masala
- 1 heaped tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 500 grams diced lamb
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 500 grams diced vegetables, I used sweet potato, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans
- 1 can Coconut Milk or Cream

- Place garlic, ginger, onion and curry leaves into the bowl. Chop for 3 seconds at speed 7. Scrape down bowl.
- Add oil and saute 5 minutes/ varoma/ speed "Gentle stir setting" / "Counter-clockwise operation"
- Add lamb, spices and tomatoes to the bowl. Cook for 40min/ 100 degrees / speed "Gentle stir setting" / "Counter-clockwise operation"
- Add vegetables and coconut milk/ cream and cook for 20-25 minutes / 100 degrees / speed "Gentle stir setting" / "Counter-clockwise operation"
- Serve with rice

Delicious recipe, thank you!! All I would add is probably a tsp of salt.
Lovely recipe. All the family loved it. Didn't have curry leaves so used Baba's meat curry powder mix instead of the leaves and curry. Yum! Thanks for sharing.
