- 1/4 onion, peeled
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 g oil
- 125 g Beef mince
- 15 g Mexican spice mix OR taco seasoning/powder
- 100 g chopped tomatos
- 100 g red kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable stock paste

1. Place onion and garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 secs, speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
2. Add oil to bowl and saute for 4 mins
3. Add mince to bowl and cook for 4 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse, spoon speed, MC off.
4. Add mexican spice mix/taco seasoning, chopped tomatos, red kidney beans, tomato paste and stock paste and cook for 12 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse, spoon speed, MC on.
5. Serve nachos sauce with corn chips and top with sour cream, grated cheese and avocado.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
