  • 1 MC Peanuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli, small
  • 20 g oil
  • 150 - 200 g chicken breast
  • 2 litres Boiling water
  • 250 g rice stick noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 2 teaspoon sugar, brown or raw
  • 0.5 bean shoots, to taste
  • chives, to tase
  • coriander, to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation Steps
  1. Place peanuts in bowl and roast for 4-6 minutes varoma/speed 1

    Chop 6 secs/speed 5

    Set aside

  2. Place garlic, chilli and coriander roots (if used) into bowl and chop 6 secs/speed 6. Scrape down sides.

    Add oil and saute 2 minutes/100 degrees/speed 3.

  3. Add chicken, saute 6 minutes 100 degress/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2

  4. Whilst chicken is cooking place noodles in boiling water and leave to stand as per packet (3 minutes for thin noodles). Beat egg by hand. 

  5. Shred chicken, 10 seconds/speed 6. Add soy sauce, lime juice and sugar to bowl, mix 1-2 seconds/speed 3. 

  6. Drain noodles, mix with chicken, peanuts and egg, top with bean shoots, chives and coriander.
