Comments
I noticed vegetables are not in list of ingredients. I used sliced zucchini and carrots and chopped broccoli. A little too spicy for me - nonetheless a beautiful flavour and will add less chilli and ginger next time. A great all in one meal making great use of the Varoma. The recipe is for a TM 31 - hence Everyday Cookbook is mentioned- just cook the rice according to which Thermomix you have in your Basic Cookbook that came with your thermomix
The whole family complimented this delicious mid-week dinner. Rice needed a little longer but otherwise great!
