- 2 pieces chicken breast, sliced into two (so four fillets)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, salt reduced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 grams White Rice (dry)
- 900 grams Water, Boiling
- 500 grams mixed vegetables, chopped into bites

1. Chop garlip on sp 6 for 5 seconds.
2. Add soy, honey, oil & lime mix on sp 3 for 15 seconds.
3. Pour half of the marinade into a container, add chicken, then top with the remaining marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or if prefer do the above steps the night before and then referigerate over night to have added flavour.
1. Add rice into basket & rinse until water runs clear.
2. Put basket into bowl & add water. Then place on varoma attachment.
3. (option 1) Use a piece of baking paper to fit Varoma dish & scrunch under tap water, flatten out and line Varoma dish with paper. Then add chicken to first layer, place in second tray, then add all vegetables. Cook on sp 4, varoma, for 20 minutes.
3. (option 2) Head up a griddle pan, and add vegetables spread over both varoma layers (harder veg on bottom) Cook chicken on griddle pan and cook rice & vegetables on sp 4, varoma for 20 minutes.
