Ingredients
- 1 portion onion, quartered
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 portion carrot, roughly chopped
- 50 g oil
- 500 g Beef mince
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes soy sauce
- 1 cube Oxo beef stock powder
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain or dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vegemite
- 2 tablespoon Tomato puree (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 dashes tomato sauce

In a frypan, brown the mince and drain off the fat. Set aside.
Place onion, garlic and carrot into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5-6.
Add oil and saute for 3 minutes at 100C on speed 1.
Add mince and cook for 10 minutes at Varoma temperature on Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" and speed soft "Gentle stir setting"
Add the rest of the ingredients listed and cook for 15 minutes at Varoma temperature on Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" and speed soft "Gentle stir setting" .

NB: You can subsitute an Oxo cube for 1 tspn of beef stock powder.
