Ingredients

Dressing

  • 10 g ginger, peeled
  • 10 g coriander stem
  • 1 long red chilli
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 5 cm lemongrass
  • 40 g rice wine vinegar
  • 1 level tbsp palm sugar
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 15 g sesame oil
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 10 g water

Vermicelli Salad

  • 100 g Vermicelli noodles
  • half cucumber, continental
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 spring onion
  • 15 g fresh mint
  • 15 g fresh coriander leaves
  • Chopped peanuts

Beef Fillet

  • 600 g beef fillet steak, 1 long piece

Recipe's preparation

    Dressing
  1. Add ginger, coriander, chilli, garlic, lemongrass in the bowl.
  2. 5sec, Sp8. Scrape.
  3. 5sec, Sp8. Scrape.
  4. Add rice wine, palm sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, water.
  5. 3sec, Sp5.
  6. Vermicelli Noodles and Salad
  7. Pour boiling water over them until soft. Drain.
  8. Put into large bowl. Add half of the dressing and combine.
  9. Slice cucumber, cut cherry tomatoes in half, slice spring onions (green part), pick leaves off herbs. Add to the noodles. Combine.
  10. Place on a serving platter.
  11. Beef
  12. Coat the beef in salt and pepper. Be generous.
  13. Heat a BBQ plate or grill to hot. Oil.
  14. Cook on high 6 mins each side. REST for 10 mins
  15. Slice and serve on top of the salad.
  16. Add remaining dressing and chopped peanuts.
  17. EAT
  18. ENJOY

Make the Vermicelli Salad while the beef is resting.
